Town hall

Since the 16^th century an official building has stood on the corner of the market square. The current building in eclectic style was built in 1862. In the former town hall you can visit Egmont’s museum and admire the Egmont paintings. If you want to know more about Zottegem and the Flemish Ardennes, then head to the tourist office! The regional documentation centre 'Centre for regional history', offers a wide range of historical documents on the region.
