The ‘Mijnwerkerspad’ (Miners’ path)

The ‘Mijnwerkerspad’ (Miners’ path) is a cycling track and walking trail across the ‘Middenloop Zwalm’ nature reserve. It is the ancient railway track that brought miners to the Hainaut coal mines until 1963. If you come by car, there is a car park in the Slijpstraat.
