Former hospital

Next to the market square you will see the former hospital which can be traced back to the 14^th century. Admire the architectural details such as the year ‘1662’ and the ‘HIS’ symbol at the gate. Philip, the son of Lamoral count of Egmond, founded the hospital again after the 16^th-century religious revolts.
